Having a blue gray back and a white belly, this color combination helps them hide in the ocean. Mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical waters, it is a top predator that feeds on fish, squid, and other sharks. Known for its ability to chase prey at high speeds, it can reach speeds of up to 50 kilometers per hour in a short amount of time. The mode of reproduction is ovoviviparous, where the embryo develops within the mother's body and does not leave until birth.
